Payment and Purchasing Procedure
Auction Search
We are able to assist in looking for vehicles directly from country-wide Japanese auctions to meet your desired requirements.
Bond Deposit
After receiving an estimate for the desired vehicle specifications, we will request a fixed deposit based off of your intended bid amount.
Decide on Bid
We will continue to bid for you until the car(s) you are looking for has been won.
Inspection
Any auction sheets you find via NINJA or elsewhere during your desired bid search can be requested for an auction sheet translation from Japanese → English.
Successful Bid
If the bid was successful, you will receive contact from us along with the invoice.
We will inform you of cars that we did not win for you. And we will show you the final auction bid price for the won vehicle.
Transport and Delivery
We arrange for vehicle pickup and deliver the vehicle to the nearest or desired port for shipment.
Shipping and Documents
We finish all of the necessary procedures up to getting the vehicle on the ship and out of Japanese ports. Once payment is confirmed we express mail your necessary import docs.
